Every product on this site was ordered at full price from the supplier before it was listed, and unpacked the way you would unpack it.
We measure it
Weight limits and dimensions are checked against the supplier sheet. Where the two disagree, we publish neither until the supplier confirms.
We say who it is not for
If it will not hold a 12kg dog, the page says so. Excluding people honestly is cheaper than a return.

What do you sell?
A short, checked range of travel, enrichment and grooming gear for small dogs and cats. Three collections, not a catalogue.
How long does delivery take?
10-18 business days Australia-wide. That is the real window and it is stated before you order, not after.
How do I know the size is right for my pet?
Every product page carries the pet weight limit and dimensions above the description. If your pet is near the top of a range, size up.
What if it is not right for my pet?
You have 14 days to change your mind on unused items; return postage is yours. Separately, the Australian Consumer Law gives you a repair, replacement or refund on faulty goods, and that cannot be excluded.
Why are some specifications marked as being confirmed?
Because we do not have them in writing from the supplier yet. We would rather show a gap than a number we cannot stand behind.
